Everyone here at CaminoWays.com has extensive traveling experience around the world. We offer alternative holidays that break away from the usual beach or resort trips — offering you the customer a real opportunity to experience nature, along with friends and family, up-close and personally.

Our Team
The Camino Ways’ team has more than 15 years combined experience in assembling and delivering walking and cycling holidays on the Camino. We have intimate knowledge of each route and have worked diligently on building a strong relationship with each and every hotel. Perhaps more importantly our team have first-hand experienced on the Camino de Santiago as well as “hands-on” experience in guiding tours. This is why we are so good at what we do.

Roland Monsegu, Managing Director & founder of CaminoWays.com Roland is French with 5 years’ experience in organising adventure holidays around the world. Roland has travelled the world for more than two years. He has walked in Nepal (Annapurna, Everest Base Camp from both faces) and has done many other treks in Asia (Malaysia, Indonesia, Laos). The Milford trek in New Zealand is one of his favourites. In Columbia, South America he worked for a year in a travel agency where he was leading mountaineering groups across Sierra del Cucuy. While his stay there, he walked the Torrès del Paine (Chile), Fitzroy and Aconcagua (summit attempt at 6,960m) in Argentina, Ausangate and Chachani (6,088m) in Peru, Potossi (6,080m) and the Amazonian forest in Bolivia. In Europe the Mont Blanc and prepare the Elbrus this year. Roland is a certified dive master who runs marathons (Sydney & Dublin), competes in triathlons, and who likes to snowboard. Roland is also the founder of Follow the Camino and One Foot Abroad. Skype: rolandmonsegu Maria Teresa, Operation Manager Maria is from Alicante in Spain, and she deals with hotels. She visits each and every Hotel, keeping them on their toes, making your stay as pleasent as can be. Maria is a quiet individual who enjoys making sure everything runs seamlessly. She studied American and European Languages and Literature in Rome and holds a Master degreen in Tourism, Communication and Management. She has lived in the Cadiz in the South of Spain and also cruised the seven seas before finally docking in Dublin. Jeremy Perrin, Sales Director Jeremy is from Co Kildare, Ireland and joined us this October to develop and manage sales, increasing relationships with Tour Operators, Charities and Groups. Prior to this Jeremy has over 8 years’ experience working in the charity sector developing overseas treks throughout the World. He has either trekked on foot or by horse through North and South Africa, Eastern Europe, USA and the Middle East. One of his many passions is hiking through the mountains ranges of Ireland and encouraging people to explore the trails of Ireland and beyond. In 2001 she came to Ireland for 3 months to practice and improve her English and has been living here since, living in Dublin, Sligo, Cork, Wexford before finally moving back to Dublin to join our team.
